Privacy

When you book an appointment we store your name, phone number, email address, any note you add and the details of your appointment. We use this only to manage your appointment and to send you a confirmation, a reminder and, if needed, a cancellation message.

Your details are stored with our hosting provider (Vercel) and database provider (Neon) and emails are sent through Resend. We do not share your details with anyone else and do not use them for marketing.

This website uses no cookies for tracking or advertising. Your browser only remembers the appointments you booked on this device, so you can find them under “My appointments”.

To see how the website is used, such as which pages are visited and how many bookings are made, we use PostHog (servers in the EU) without cookies and anonymously. We never send your name, phone number, email address or appointment link to PostHog.

If you don't show up or cancel late, we remember that appointment so we can add the agreed 50% to your next booking. We recognise you by your email address or phone number.

We delete appointment details at the latest two years after your last appointment. Want to see, correct or delete your details? Send us an email.
